Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer who can deeply understand user needs and deliver practical, aesthetically pleasing solutions. If you are passionate about minimal design, creating seamless user experiences, and growing your skills in user research and usability testing, this role could be the right fit for you.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer who can deeply understand user needs and deliver practical, aesthetically pleasing solutions. If you are passionate about minimal design, creating seamless user experiences, and growing your skills in user research and usability testing, this role could be the right fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Design beautiful, functional user interfaces aligned with UI/UX principles
- Work proficiently with Figma for design and documentation
- Organize and structure layers, components, and styles in design projects
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Provide innovative and effective solutions tailored to user pain points
- Build and maintain Design Systems while following industry best practices
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and analyzing user behavior
- Ensure designs follow usability and accessibility standards
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools in UI/UX
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Figma (including Auto-layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping)
- Ability to organize and maintain well-structured design files and layers
- Experience with Design Systems and component libraries
- Solid understanding of visual aesthetics, minimal design, color theory, and typography
- High speed and accuracy in executing designs
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in design projects
- Eagerness to learn, especially in research and usability testing
- Ability to present and defend design decisions in team discussions
- Basic knowledge of user research methods and usability testing (a plus)
- Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML, CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers (a plus)
