شرح شغل:
- برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای سرویس‌های نگهداری پیشگیرانه (PM)
- عیب‌یابی و هماهنگی برای انجام تعمیرات اساسی و اضطراری (EM)
- بررسی مستمر وضعیت فنی ناوگان و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای و تحلیلی
- بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای نگهداری و تعمیرات با هدف کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش بهره‌وری
- نظارت بر عملکرد قطعات یدکی و تجهیزات برای اطمینان از کارایی و کیفیت
- برنامه‌ریزی دقیق تعمیرات پیشگیرانه با استفاده از مستندات فنی هر دستگاه به منظور کاهش توقفات عملیاتی
- پایش مداوم عملیات تعمیرات پیشگیرانه و وضعیت تجهیزات تعمیر‌شده با استفاده از شاخص‌های عملکردی برای شناسایی و اصلاح موانع اثربخشی
شرایط و الزامات:
- مدرک تحصیلی: حداقل کارشناسی در رشته‌های مکانیک، مکانیک خودرو یا مهندسی صنایع
- حداقل 2 سال سابقه کار حرفه‌ای مرتبط در زمینه نگهداری و تعمیرات ناوگان
- آشنایی کامل با اصول نگهداری و تعمیرات پیشگیرانه (PM) و اضطراری (EM)
- توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت نگهداری و تعمیرات (CMMS)
- توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و تهیه گزارش‌های فنی و مدیریتی
- آشنایی با کامیون‌ها، سیستم‌های فنی خودرو و قطعات یدکی آن‌ها
- تجربه در زمینه نگهداری و تعمیرات ناوگان
- امکان انجام ماموریت و سفر های کاری
مهارت‌های مورد نیاز:
- تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای کامپیوتری (Microsoft Office، Outlook)
- آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی در سطح متوسط به بالا (برای مطالعه مستندات فنی)
- مهارت در برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی و مدیریت زمان
- دقت بالا در بررسی و پایش عملیات فنی
- روحیه کار تیمی و پیگیری امور
Job description: - Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance services (PM) - Troubleshooting and coordination to carry out basic and emergency repairs (EM) - Continuous review of the technical condition of the fleet and providing periodic and analytical reports - Optimizing maintenance and repair processes with the aim of reducing costs and increasing productivity - Monitoring the performance of spare parts and equipment to ensure efficiency and quality - Detailed planning of preventive repairs using Technical documentation of each device in order to reduce operational downtime
- continuous monitoring of preventive maintenance operations and the condition of repaired equipment using performance indicators to identify and correct effectiveness barriers
Conditions and requirements:
- Educational qualification: minimum bachelor's degree in mechanics, automotive mechanics or industrial engineering
- At least 2 years of related professional work experience in the field of fleet maintenance and repairs
- Thorough knowledge of the principles of preventive maintenance and repairs (PM) and Emergency (EM)
- Ability to work with maintenance and repair management software (CMMS)
- Ability to analyze data and prepare technical and management reports
- Familiarity with trucks, vehicle technical systems and their spare parts
- Experience in fleet maintenance and repairs
- Ability to carry out missions and business trips
Required skills:
- Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Familiarity with English at an intermediate to high level (for studying technical documentation)
- Skill in planning, organizing and time management
- High accuracy in checking and monitoring technical operations
- Spirit of teamwork and follow-up
