New Part Sun Apadana Company is looking for an experienced sales manager preferably familiar with industrial standard equipment and parts to lead its sales team in Tehran. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, manage relationships with customers and strengthen the organization's sales. Main responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance and improving processes. The sales manager identifies and acquires new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase market share
- Leading, training and guiding the sales team to achieve the set goals
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and business partners
- Market analysis and identification of new opportunities for business development
- Negotiating and managing business contracts with potential and current clients
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and providing feedback to the management team
Qualifying conditions:
- Degree in electrical engineering, electronics or mechanical engineering
- Practical experience in sales and sales team management
- Strong oral and written communication skills and effective negotiation
- Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Strong business ethics and ability to work independently and in a team
