Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and deploy LLM-based agents that can autonomously
perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with users or systems to automate
workflows.
Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines,
enabling real-time access to internal and external data sources using
embeddings, vector stores, and semantic search mechanisms.
Define and build tools, memory systems, and agent capabilities, including
planning modules, dynamic memory, and state-tracking components to
enhance agent performance over long sessions or complex tasks.
Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems, allowing several intelligent
agents to collaborate, share knowledge, and delegate tasks to achieve complex
objectives.
Integrate AI capabilities into real-world business processes, aligning LLM
agents with organizational workflows, knowledge bases, and automation goals.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate high-level AI
concepts into scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems.
Continuously monitor, test, and improve agent behavior, using feedback
loops, evaluations, and fine-tuning to enhance reliability, robustness, and task
success rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with demonstrated experience
in building AI-powered software systems, scripting pipelines, and handling
asynchronous workflows.
Expertise in frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and
LangGraph, with practical experience designing and chaining together
prompts, tools, memory modules, and external APIs.
Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, including agent architectures,
tool-calling mechanisms, and prompt engineering strategies for various
reasoning tasks.
Solid foundation in software engineering best practices, including clean
code principles, version control (e.g., Git), modular architecture, and
containerization using Docker and Docker Compose.
Experience in dataset engineering, including data collection, labeling,
filtering, augmentation, and transformation tailored to NLP and LLM
applications.
Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning and adaptation methods, such as
supervised fine-tuning (SFT), instruction tuning, reinforcement learning with
human feedback (RLHF), or LoRA-based approaches.
Comfortable working in dynamic, experimental environments, rapidly
prototyping solutions, validating ideas, and improving performance through
iteration.
