مدیر تامین: پشتیبانی فنی | Sourcing Manager: Technical Support

نقش ها و مسئولیت ها
•مدیریت روابط عملیاتی با تامین کنندگان، مشتریان داخلی، مدیر خط و گزارش های مستقیم برای پشتیبانی از اجرای منبع.
•نظارت و مدیریت چرخه عمر خریدها و قراردادها برای اطمینان از اینکه هزینه های فنی تعیین شده تحت کنترل و مطابقت دارد
•برای اطمینان از اینکه درخواست های بخش های مربوطه با توجه به کیفیت محصول، زمان و کیفیت خدمات و کیفیت محصول به دقت برآورده می شود.
•مدیریت فرآیندهای مناقصه برای الزامات تجاری، از جمله تهیه اسناد، قیمت گذاری، مذاکرات، و فعالیت های بسته، در راستای سیاست های تدارکات و استانداردهای کیفیت.

•مدیریت فرآیند انتخاب تامین کننده، از جمله:
پشتیبانی از پیش صلاحیت تامین کننده
نظارت یا تهیه، صدور و ارزیابی rfx
نظارت یا تهیه کمیته مناقصه و مستندات کیفیت تامین کننده
آماده سازی ارائه کمیته ذینفعان

•مدیریت فرآیند مدیریت قرارداد از جمله؛

و نظارت بر شرایط قرارداد و بررسی و توافق

شرایط قرارداد و بررسی و مذاکره
o نظارت بر شرایط قرارداد و توافق
o نظارت یا تهیه کمیته مناقصه و اسناد کیفیت تامین کننده شرایط
o اطمینان از انجام خریدها مطابق با قرارداد یا شرایط و ضوابط توافق شده
o مدیریت درخواست‌ها و تغییرات
o حفظ روابط حرفه‌ای با مشتریان داخلی و سایر ذینفعان

•برای نظارت بر جنبه‌های مالی خرید از طریق تجزیه و تحلیل‌های مختلف، از جمله؛
دستیابی به صرفه‌جویی در هزینه و/یا ایجاد شرایط و ضوابط تخصیص داده شده برای حمایت از اهداف
حصول اطمینان از بهترین هزینه کل مالکیت

•برای اطمینان از برآورده شدن الزامات خدمات مشتری از طریق؛
o ایجاد و حفظ روابط کاری موثر با مشتریان و تامین کنندگان داخلی
o گزارش دوره ای به تیم های مرتبط (A&R, برنامه ریزی و عملکرد,…) در مورد پیشرفت تدارکات
o مدیریت و اجرای و اجرای آخرین اقدامات و تحقیقات جدید در بازار یا سیاست هایی که در مورد سایر مقامات اعلام شده است
تحولات زنجیره تامین برای حمایت از تصمیمات استراتژیک منبع یابی.

شرایط شغلی
تحصیلات
•مدرک لیسانس یا فوق لیسانس در mba، dba، مدیریت زنجیره تامین، یا تجربه مرتبط
•حداقل 5 سال تجربه در یک حوزه تخصصی، با تجربه در زمینه سرپرستی/مدیریت سازمانی متوسط
مدیریت با تجربه بالا
•تجربه در مدیریت قرارداد از مرحله rfp تا بسته شدن قرارداد الزامی است.
•تجربه در شیوه ها و روندهای پیشرو در زنجیره تامین.

•Manage operational relationships with suppliers, internal customers, line manager and direct reports to support sourcing execution.
•Monitor and manage the life cycle of purchases and contracts to ensure assigned technical spending is under control and compliant
•Ensure that requests from relevant divisions are met accurately regarding technical product and service quality, quantity, price and delivery time.

•Research and report on latest market and supply chain developments to support strategic sourcing decisions.
•Manage tender processes for business requirements, including document preparation, pricing, negotiations, and close-out activities, in line with procurement policies and quality standards.

•Manage the Supplier selection process, including:
o Support Supplier pre-qualification
o Supervise or prepare, issue, and evaluate RFx
o Supervise or prepare tender committee and supplier quality documentation
o Prepare Stakeholders’ committee presentation

•Manage Contract Management process including:
o Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions
o Monitor progress and compliance to contract terms and conditions
o Ensure purchases are made in accordance with the contract or agreed terms and conditions
o Manage Change Requests and variations
o Maintain professional relationships with internal customers and other stakeholders

•Monitor financial aspects of purchase through various analyses, including:
o Achieve cost savings and/or “Cost-Avoidance” targets in assigned categories
o Support establishment of beneficial commercial terms and conditions ensuring best total cost of ownership

•Ensure Customer Service requirements are met through:
o Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers and suppliers
o Report periodically to related teams (A&R, Planning & Performance, …) on the progress of procurement assignment
o Manage and implement new actions and policies which are announced by A&R or other authorities

Job Requirements
Education
•Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in MBA, DBA, Supply Chain Management, or related

Experience
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an area of specialization, with experience in supervising/managing others
•Experience working in a medium to large organization
•Experience in contract management from the RFP stage through contract close-out required.
•Experience in Supply Chain leading practices and trends.
