Responsibilities:
• Analyze business performance through data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for product development and business growth.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor key business metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and data modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance) to provide data-driven input into decision-making.
• Translate complex data into clear visualizations and presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and A/B testing analysis to support business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity in reporting processes.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business data analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI,or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of key business metrics and KPI frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the E-commerce ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a fast-learning attitude and a passion for turning data into impact.
