Senior Social Media Specialist

• Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
• Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, and stories. Manage and schedule content across all platforms to ensure consistency and engagement.
• Engagement and Community Management: Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and direct interactions. Manage and grow our social media communities by responding to comments, managing mentions, and fostering a positive online presence.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of our social media campaigns using analytics tools. Identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement to refine our strategies.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, to ensure all social media content is aligned with our brand and marketing goals.
• Budget Management: Manage the social media budget, ensuring that all campaigns are executed within the allocated budget while maximizing ROI.
• Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with content marketing, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for visual design.
• Proven experience in managing social media presence across multiple platforms. 
• Familiarity with advertising platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
