A Product Owner will play a central role in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality products that meet both business objectives and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals to the development team and stakeholders.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a clear and comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- User Stories: Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications to guide development teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure a smooth and efficient product development process.
- Release Planning: Plan and coordinate product releases, including feature launches and updates.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are considered throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize the product.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking is a plus.
- A passion for technology and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products.
