Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Develop and implement a structured hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboardingWork closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and attract top talentBuild and manage a talent pipeline to support the company’s rapid growthEmployee Relations & CultureCreate and nurture a strong company culture that aligns with our values and visionDevelop employee engagement programs to boost morale and retentionAct as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
HR Operations & Compliance
Establish and manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentationEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practicesPerformance Management & DevelopmentDesign and implement performance review processesIdentify training and development opportunities for employeesWork with leadership to create career growth plans for employees
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-growing companyStrong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR best practicesAbility to build HR processes from scratch and adapt to a dynamic environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHands-on and problem-solving mindsetFamiliarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
