At Okala, we are looking to hire a capable and responsible ICT Supervisor who, with a hands-on and managerial approach, will lead and coordinate the IT team and play a key role in ensuring the quality of IT services, managing daily operations, and supporting organizational needs.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and manage the daily operations of the ICT team
- Assign, prioritize tasks, and manage team shifts
- Monitor IT service quality and ensure adherence to ITSM processes
- Manage incidents, escalations, and critical situations
- Improve processes and increase operational efficiency
- Prepare performance reports and coordinate with management and business units
What You Bring:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the ICT / IT domain
- Proven experience in team leadership or Lead / Supervisor roles
- Strong expertise in networking, virtualization, and Microsoft services
- Familiarity with ITSM / ITIL concepts
- Hands-on experience in incident management and IT operations support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and manage teams
- Experience working in 24/7 operational environments
- Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools
