About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Software Support Specialist with a background in Industrial Engineering or Software Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting software solutions, resolving technical issues, and providing excellent service to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for software users by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to gather information, identify solutions, and implement fixes.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance software functionality and performance.
- Document user issues, resolutions, and software updates.
- Conduct training for users to ensure effective software utilization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Good English skills (both written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience supporting software systems or applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with help desk or ticketing systems.
- Experience with software deployment and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, and software development processes.
