Yektanet is hiring a Senior Legal Specialist to manage and review commercial contracts, ensure legal compliance, and provide legal advice across departments. The ideal candidate has strong drafting and analytical skills, with knowledge of e-commerce and intellectual property laws, and will join a professional, growth-oriented team.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, advertising contract, procurement and supply contracts, cooperation agreements, and outsourcing contracts
- Providing ongoing legal advice to different departments regarding contractual, regulatory, corporate, and administrative matters.
- Monitoring the execution and compliance of contract terms and obligations, tracking deadlines, and ensuring proper fulfillment by both parties.
- Developing, updating, and standardizing contract templates and legal documents for the company.
- Identifying legal risks associated with business activities and proposing preventive strategies and solutions.
- Preparing, drafting, and finalizing minutes of the Board of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings, in accordance with legal requirements and corporate governance frameworks.
- Ensuring company decisions and operations comply with applicable laws and internal regulations (Commercial Code, tax regulations, employment regulations, etc.).
- Drafting official letters, legal correspondence, memos, and responses to external authorities and legal entities.
- Preparing legal reports, analysis, and recommendations for management and executive teams.
- Cooperating closely with finance, HR, commercial, and IT departments on matters involving legal support.
- Familiarity with e-commerce legal frameworks, including drafting agreements related to online services and digital platforms, privacy terms and data protection, terms of service and user agreement documents.
- basic understanding of intellectual property matters applicable to digital business models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (required).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in legal and contract management roles.
- Master’s degree in one of the following fields is a plus
- International Commercial Law.
- International Business and Economic Law.
- Private Law.
- Excellent legal writing and drafting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build cross-functional relationships
