As we grow, we are looking for a Social Media Specialist to take our brand’s online presence to the next level. This role is about building brand awareness, driving engagement, and fostering an active community across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
As we grow, we are looking for a Social Media Specialist to take our brand’s online presence to the next level. This role is about building brand awareness, driving engagement, and fostering an active community across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with Mahdaad’s brand voice and business objectives.
- Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and interactive formats.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize engagement.
Content Creation & Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-quality, shareable content (graphics, short videos, infographics, etc.).
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online conversations to build a strong community.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry experts to expand our reach.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).
- Use insights to optimize content, posting times, and engagement tactics.
Prepare monthly reports on performance and key learnings.
Brand Positioning & Campaign Support:
- Align social media efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand messaging.
- Support paid social campaigns by optimizing organic content to complement paid efforts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling social media campaigns that generate demand and drive conversions.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a SaaS, tech, or B2B brand.
- A proven track record of growing social media audiences and driving engagement.
- Experience with social media scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Basic knowledge of content marketing to enhance visibility.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong writing skills with a creative and engaging tone.
- Visual storytelling abilities (Script writing, Storyboard design and Sketching)
- Deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
