We are looking for a high-caliber Associate Business Manager to work directly with senior leadership in shaping, structuring, and operationalizing new business initiatives.
About This Role
This role is not administrative. It is a hands-on execution and business-building positiondesigned for someone who thinks like an owner, operates with speed, and turns ambiguity into structured progress.
You will work across multiple verticals at different maturity stages — from early-stage concept validation to structured growth and operational scaling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Structuring & Planning
- Translate high-level business ideas into structured business plans and executable roadmaps
- Develop financial models, unit economics, and scenario analyses
- Define clear milestones, KPIs, and success metrics for new initiatives
- Support pricing, margin, and competitive positioning decisions
2. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis
- Identify strategic advantages and defensible positioning
- Benchmark business models and extract actionable insights
- Evaluate partnership and channel opportunities
3. Execution & Delivery Management
- Break down strategic goals into concrete execution plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Ops, Finance) to ensure delivery
- Track progress rigorously and remove bottlenecks
- Drive initiatives to completion with strong follow-through
4. New Business Launch & Growth
- Support validation and go-to-market strategies for new ventures
- Help design customer acquisition and monetization frameworks
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate rapidly
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose structural improvements
5. Strategic Problem Solving
- Structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and action plans
- Prepare decision memos and executive-level analysis
- Anticipate risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Build scalable frameworks instead of one-off solutions
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, venture building, or fast-scaling startups
- Strong experience in financial modeling and business case development
- Experience working closely with founders or senior executives is a plus
- Exposure to fintech, retail, marketplace, or manufacturing business models is preferred
- Exceptional analytical and structured thinking ability
- Strong business judgment and commercial awareness
- High ownership mindset with strong bias toward action
