Talent Development Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Talent Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on training and development, and a passion for helping employees grow and succeed. You will contribute to design, implementation, and evaluation training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.

•  Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
•  Develop and implement training programs and materials.
•  Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
•  Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Maintain training records and track employee progress.
•  Stay updated on the latest trends in learning and development.
•  Coordinate with external training providers as needed.
•  Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Assist in the development of career paths and succession planning.

 Requirements:
