اپراتور فرآیند | Process Operator

- بهره برداری و بررسی تمام تجهیزات اختصاص داده شده در طول شیفت، از جمله نظارت بر شرایط عملیاتی چنین تجهیزاتی و گزارش هرگونه مشکل به سرپرستان عملیات
- نظارت بر مجوزهای کار ایمن؛ اطمینان از جداسازی مناسب فرآیند و تجهیزات
- انجام تست عملکردی فرآیند esd و تست نشت شیر esd
-انجام نمونه برداری معمول
- نظارت بر میزان تزریق مواد شیمیایی و انجام تنظیمات در صورت لزوم
- اطمینان از کافی بودن منابع شیمیایی و سفارش مخازن برای دریافت مجدد خطوط در صورت نیاز مورد نیاز
-نگهداری دقیق گزارش عملیات روزانه شامل ثبت کلیه بررسی ها و مشکلات عملیاتی رخ داده و کارهای اصلاحی انجام شده
- تکمیل گزارش های تولید روزانه و گزارش به سرپرست عملیات
- انجام سایر وظایف مشابه یا مرتبط در صورت لزوم، کمک به اپراتورهای دیگر در انجام وظایفشان، نظارت بر عملیات پمپ، اطلاع رسانی به انبارها در صورت نیاز به سوپروایزور سطوح
-مسیر خط لوله و ردیف نظارت و بررسی نشت
-بررسی روتین ایمنی و تجهیزات واکنش اضطراری
-مشارکت در تمرینات و تمرینات اضطراری برای بهبود شایستگی تیم در موارد مختلف تصفیه نفت خام
- فشارهای جداکننده را از نزدیک در طول شیفت نظارت کنید و هرگونه ناهنجاری را بررسی کنید. نشتی
-بررسی سطح مایع ریبویلر در محدوده نرمال
-کنترل عملکرد کولرهای هوا از نزدیک
-بررسی هر گونه وضعیت غیرعادی با psvs
-بررسی هرگونه نقص دستگاه
-بررسی نشت هوای ابزار از محرک های esdv
-بررسی و انجام هر گونه عملیات لازم بر روی سیستم راه اندازی یا انجام
-بر روی سیستم پرتاب کننده و انجام
و امکانات گیرنده
-تصفیه و انتقال گاز
- وضعیت psv را در سراسر قطارهای گاز بررسی کنید
-بررسی عملکرد پمپ انتقال میعانات گازی
-سیستم آب بندی پمپ را برای هر گونه نشتی یا فشار بیش از حد بررسی کنید
-بررسی پارامترهای گردش تگ
-تشخیص عملکردهای غیرمعمول از کولر هوا و
بررسی عملکرد غیرمعمول کولر و
افزایش کمپرسورها
-بررسی وضعیت تجهیزات حفظ شده
-نظارت و بهره برداری از تاسیسات تصفیه آب تولید شده
-انجام نمونه برداری از آب از مخازن pwt
-نظارت و بررسی ژنراتورهای نیتروژن و پارامترهای عملکرد پکیج هوای ابزار
-بررسی و نظارت بر سیستم آب آتش نشانی و وضعیت پمپ های مربوط به آن و عملکرد سیستم سوختگی
- نظارت بر عملکرد سیستم گرمایشی
- pmr طبق رویه‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های سازنده
- واحدهای آماده به کار gtg را برای اطمینان از عملکرد آنها حفظ کنید
- همه الزامات ایمنی و عملکرد واحدهای gtg را آماده و بررسی کنید. راه اندازی و اجرای ایمن و به موقع راه اندازی و خاموشی واحد

*شرایط مورد نیاز:
-لیسانس فرآیند (شیمی) یا مهندسی نفت
-آموزش ایمنی معتبر با گواهینامه h2s
-agt (تست گاز مجاز) سطح 1،2، 3 تا 5 سال تجربه ارتباط انگلیسی - 5 سال سابقه ارتباط در عملیات تولید در صنعت نفت و گاز
-سواد کامپیوتری
-تجربه در سطح نظارت و رهبری تیم

-Operate and check all assigned equipment during the shift, including monitoring operational conditions of such equipment and reporting any problems to the operation supervisors
-Monitor safe work permits; ensure proper process and equipment isolation
-Carry out process ESD functional testing and ESD valve leak testing
-Carry out routine sampling
-Monitor chemical injection rates and make adjustments as required
-Ensure chemical supplies are adequate and order tanks to be refilled as necessary
-Launch and receive pigs through the flow lines if required
-Maintain an accurate daily operations log, including recording all checks and operational problems that occurred and the corrective work carried out
-Complete daily production reports and report to the operations supervisor
-Carry out other similar or related duties when required, assisting other operators in carrying out their duties, monitoring pump operations, maintaining lubricant stock, informing the supervisor when stocks reach replenishment levels
-Pipeline route and ROW surveillance and leak check
-Routine safety and emergency response equipment check
-Contribute to emergency drills and exercises to improve team competency in various cases of crude oil treatment
-Monitor separator pressures closely during the shift and check for any abnormalities
-Check for process pump operability and check their sealing systems for any over-pressurization and leakages
-Check for reboiler liquid levels to be in the normal range
-Monitor air coolers' function closely
-Check for any abnormal situation with PSVs
-Check for any instrument malfunction
-Check for any instrument air leakages from ESDV actuators
-Check and perform any necessary operation on the metering and proving system
-Monitor pig launchers and receiver facilities
-Gas Treatment and Transmission
-Check for PSV condition throughout the gas trains
-Check for condensate transferring pump operations
-Check the pump sealing system for any leakage or over-pressurization
-Check for TEG circulation parameters
-Check for air cooler functionality and detect any abnormal conditions
-Check for any abnormal noise from the surge of compressors
-Check the condition of preserved equipment
-Monitor and operate produced water treatment facilities
-Conduct water sampling from PWT vessels
-Monitor and check nitrogen generators and instrument air package operation parameters
-Check and monitor the firewater system and its related pumps' condition
-Check and monitor the furnace burner system
-Perform operational GTG PMR according to the manufacturer's procedures and instructions
-Preserve the GTG standby units to ensure their functionality
-Prepare and check all safety and operation requirements for the GTG units. start-up and perform the unit’s start-up and shut-down safely and on time

*Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Process (Chemical), or Petroleum Engineering
-Valid safety training with H2S certificate
-AGT (Authorized Gas Testing) Level 1,2, 3
-Good communication skills in English
-5 to 8 years of experience in production operations in the oil and gas industry
-Computer literacy
-Experience at a supervisory level and team leadership
