We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and help us ensure our plugins and websites deliver the best possible experience. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to test new features, spot issues before our users do, and make sure our releases are smooth and reliable.
What You’ll Do
- Test our WordPress plugins and websites across browsers, devices, and environments
- Write and execute test cases (manual + automated, if you’re comfortable)
- Report bugs clearly and track them through resolution
- Verify fixes and ensure regressions don’t creep in
- Collaborate with the product and dev team to improve release quality
- Create and maintain clear documentation for QA processes, test cases, and product usage
- Suggest improvements to workflows, test coverage, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in QA/testing web applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think from a user’s perspective
- Familiarity with WordPress, PHP, and databases is a big plus
- Product management knowledge is a big plus
- Good at writing and maintaining documentation
- Self-starter who’s comfortable working in a fully remote, async team
