به‌عنوان کارشناس فروش میدانی در بازار کافه و رستوران، شما مسئول گسترش شبکه فروش و توسعه بازار محصولات نوشیدنی در کانال هورکا خواهید بود. این نقش نیازمند روحیه ارتباطی قوی، شناخت از بازار و مهارت در مذاکره و فروش است.

مسئولیت‌ها
شناسایی و ویزیت حضوری کافه‌ها، رستوران‌ها و مراکز مصرف برای معرفی محصولات نوشیدنی
همکاری با تیم بازاریابی در اجرای برنامه‌های ترویجی و کمپین‌های فروش
پیگیری سفارشات، هماهنگی تامین و اطمینان از رضایت مشتریان
بررسی نیاز مشتریان و ارائه بازخورد بازار به واحد فروش
توسعه بازار و جذب مشتریان جدید در بخش HORECA
گزارش‌دهی منظم از روند فروش، رقبا و وضعیت بازار

شرایط لازم
حداقل 1 سال سابقه در حوزه فروش، بازاریابی یا فعالیت در بازار HORECA
آشنایی با صنعت نوشیدنی و ساختار شبکه توزیع کافه‌ای
توانایی مذاکره، برقراری ارتباط موثر و پیگیری منظم
انگیزه، دقت، مسئولیت‌پذیری و روحیه کار تیمی
داشتن وسیله نقلیه شخصی جهت تردد روزانه
تسلط به Excel و گزارش‌نویسی فروش

As a field sales expert in the cafe and restaurant market, you will be responsible for expanding the sales network and developing the beverage products market in the Horka channel. This role requires a strong communication spirit, knowledge of the market and skills in negotiation and sales.

Responsibilities
Identification and in-person visits to cafes, restaurants and consumption centers to introduce beverage products
Cooperation with the marketing team in the implementation of promotional programs and sales campaigns
Following orders, coordinating supply and ensuring customer satisfaction
Checking customer needs and providing market feedback to the sales unit
Developing the market and attracting new customers in the HORECA department
Report Regular understanding of the sales process, competitors and market situation

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in the field of sales, marketing or activity in the HORECA market
Familiarity with the beverage industry and the structure of the cafe distribution network
Ability to negotiate, establish effective communication and regular follow-up
Motivation, accuracy, responsibility and teamwork spirit
Having a personal vehicle for daily transportation
Proficiency in Excel and writing sales reports
