Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
· Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team, including digital, content, advertising, and research specialists
· Oversee offline marketing efforts such as media planning, outdoor campaigns, and print advertising
· Manage digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO
· Control and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI
· Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
· Work closely with sales, branding, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment across all touchpoints
· Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to senior leadership
· Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media outlets, and external partners
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience
· Strong grasp of both digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, CRM tools) and traditional marketing (Offline, outdoor, print)
· Experience in developing annual marketing plans and managing budgets
· Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills
· Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms)
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
