Qualifications and Competencies
Personal and Professional Attributes
Genuine and long-term interest in working with young children (ages 3–6)
Patient, kind, responsible, and reliable
Ability to build a sense of emotional security and a healthy relationship with children
High energy level, well-organized, and committed to teamwork
Child Psychology Knowledge and Skills
Basic understanding of child development, emotional growth, and behavior
Ability to respond thoughtfully to common childhood challenges such as separation anxiety, emotional distress, or resistance during activities
Awareness of individual differences among children and respect for each child’s developmental pace
Strong observation skills and the ability to understand children’s behavior in a professional and empathetic manner
Strong interest in learning and ongoing development in child psychology and positive educational approaches
Educational background in child-related fields (Child Psychology, Psychology, Education, Early Childhood Education) is considered an advantage
Language and Educational Skills
Good command of the English language (at least fluent spoken English)
Familiarity with natural, play-based approaches to early language exposure
Ability to incorporate English through play, songs, storytelling, music, movement, and creative activities
Previous experience in kindergartens or bilingual environments is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities
Supporting and guiding children through daily kindergarten routines in a bilingual setting
Creating a safe, joyful, and motivating environment that supports children’s emotional, social, and language development
Using English naturally during play and daily activities
Observing, documenting, and reporting children’s progress and behavior
Building professional and empathetic relationships with parents
Collaborating closely with the educational team and supervisors
