ما در شرکت اریکه گستران فرآیند به‌دنبال یک کارشناس فنی فروش توانمند ترجیحاً با تحصیلات مهندسی، هستیم تا با تسلط بر مدیریت فرآیندهای فروش و مناقصات، توانایی مذاکره و برقراری ارتباط موثر با مشتریان، و آشنایی کامل با محصولات و بازارهای هدف در حوزه نفت و گاز، نقش مهمی در توسعه بازار و تحقق اهداف فروش شرکت ایفا کند.
شرح شغل:
رصد مستمر سایت‌ها، روزنامه‌ها و منابع مرتبط برای شناسایی مناقصات
تفکیک و انتخاب آگهی‌های مناسب و بررسی امکان همکاری با شرکت‌های دیگر
ثبت و تایید شرکت‌ها و پروژه‌ها در سیستم CRM
تهیه نامه‌های مرتبط با مناقصات (اعلام آمادگی، تمدید، انصراف و ...)
مطالعه اسناد مناقصه، پیش‌نویس قرارداد و تهیه چک‌لیست
انجام امور مربوط به تضامین، ضمانت‌نامه‌ها و هماهنگی با واحد مالی
تهیه مدارک ارزیابی کیفی و پیگیری ارسال اسناد مناقصه
پیگیری وضعیت مناقصات، ضمانت‌نامه‌ها و گزارش‌دهی منظم
بررسی روزانه ایمیل‌ها، ثبت و بایگانی مستندات، و به‌روزرسانی مدارک ارزیابی کیفی
شایستگی‌های تخصصی:
آشنایی با اصول شرکت در مناقصات و فرآیندهای فروش
توانایی پیگیری موثر، ایجاد ارتباطات حرفه‌ای و کار تیمی
آشنایی با برندها، محصولات و خدمات مرتبط با صنعت نفت و گاز
تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مورد نیاز شغل و اپلیکیشن‌های اطلاع‌رسان بازار هدف
آشنایی با اصول بازاریابی، فروش، فنون مذاکره و توسعه بازار
توانایی تحلیل نیاز مشتری و ارائه راهکار
آشنایی با مکاتبات اداری و روش‌های رصد بازار
زبان انگلیسی در سطح متوسط
توانایی تحمل فشار کاری
داشتن سابقه کار در صنعت نفت و گاز الزامی می باشد.

Preparation of quality assessment documents and follow up on sending tender documents
Following the status of tenders, guarantees and regular reporting
Daily email check documents, recording and archiving documents, and updating quality assessment documents
