ما در شرکت اریکه گستران فرآیند بهدنبال یک کارشناس فنی فروش توانمند ترجیحاً با تحصیلات مهندسی، هستیم تا با تسلط بر مدیریت فرآیندهای فروش و مناقصات، توانایی مذاکره و برقراری ارتباط موثر با مشتریان، و آشنایی کامل با محصولات و بازارهای هدف در حوزه نفت و گاز، نقش مهمی در توسعه بازار و تحقق اهداف فروش شرکت ایفا کند.
شرح شغل:
رصد مستمر سایتها، روزنامهها و منابع مرتبط برای شناسایی مناقصات
تفکیک و انتخاب آگهیهای مناسب و بررسی امکان همکاری با شرکتهای دیگر
ثبت و تایید شرکتها و پروژهها در سیستم CRM
تهیه نامههای مرتبط با مناقصات (اعلام آمادگی، تمدید، انصراف و ...)
مطالعه اسناد مناقصه، پیشنویس قرارداد و تهیه چکلیست
انجام امور مربوط به تضامین، ضمانتنامهها و هماهنگی با واحد مالی
تهیه مدارک ارزیابی کیفی و پیگیری ارسال اسناد مناقصه
پیگیری وضعیت مناقصات، ضمانتنامهها و گزارشدهی منظم
بررسی روزانه ایمیلها، ثبت و بایگانی مستندات، و بهروزرسانی مدارک ارزیابی کیفی
شایستگیهای تخصصی:
آشنایی با اصول شرکت در مناقصات و فرآیندهای فروش
توانایی پیگیری موثر، ایجاد ارتباطات حرفهای و کار تیمی
آشنایی با برندها، محصولات و خدمات مرتبط با صنعت نفت و گاز
تسلط به نرمافزارهای مورد نیاز شغل و اپلیکیشنهای اطلاعرسان بازار هدف
آشنایی با اصول بازاریابی، فروش، فنون مذاکره و توسعه بازار
توانایی تحلیل نیاز مشتری و ارائه راهکار
آشنایی با مکاتبات اداری و روشهای رصد بازار
زبان انگلیسی در سطح متوسط
توانایی تحمل فشار کاری
داشتن سابقه کار در صنعت نفت و گاز الزامی می باشد.
