شرح شغل:

• پشتیبانی فنی اولیه برای کاربران داخلی.
• نصب و پیکربندی نرم‌افزار و سخت‌افزار.
• مدیریت و نگهداری شبکه‌های کامپیوتری.
• تشخیص و رفع مشکلات شبکه و سیستم‌ها.
• مشارکت در پروژه‌های فناوری اطلاعات.
• آموزش کاربران در مورد استفاده از نرم‌افزارها و سیستم‌های جدید.

شرایط احراز:

• دانشجو یا فارغ‌التحصیل رشته مهندسی کامپیوتر (سخت‌افزار و نرم‌افزار).
• آشنایی با مفاهیم عمومی شبکه و سیستم‌های کامپیوتری.
• توانایی حل مسئله و تفکر تحلیلی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی خوب.
• توانایی کار در تیم و همکاری با دیگران.

Hirbod Niroo Company operates in oil and gas production, oil refining and petrochemical industry and was established in 2005. We are looking for an IT intern to work in Tehran and join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Basic technical support for internal users
- Installation and configuration of software and hardware< - Managing and maintaining computer networks
- Diagnosing and fixing network and systems problems
- Participation in information technology projects
- Training users on the use of new software and systems

Competencies:
- Student or graduate of engineering field (computer/hardware and software)
- Familiarity with general concepts of network and computer systems
- Ability to solve problems and think analytically

- Ability to work in a team and cooperate with others
