شرح شغل:

• مدیریت تماس‌های ورودی و خروجی با هدف فروش محصولات و خدمات.
• شناسایی نیازهای مشتریان و ارائه راه‌حل‌های مناسب.
• پیگیری مشارکت‌ها و پرس‌وجوها تا حصول نتیجه.
• حفظ روابط مثبت و حرفه‌ای با مشتریان.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی کامل با محصولات شرکت و به‌روزرسانی اطلاعات مربوطه.
• تجربه قبلی در فروش یا خدمات پس از فروش.
• مهارت‌های قوی در ارتباطات و روابط عمومی.
• توانایی ارائه مشاوره و پاسخ‌گویی به سوالات مشتریان.

- Managing incoming and outgoing calls with the aim of selling products and services

- Follow up on partnerships and inquiries until results are achieved
- Familiarize yourself with the company's products and update related information
