About the Role:
The Motion & Video Artist is responsible for producing high‑quality 2D and 3D motion graphics and real‑life video content that strengthens brand storytelling. This role involves filming, editing, and enhancing videos using advanced creative tools, collaborating closely with the creative team, and applying sound, lighting, and visual techniques to deliver impactful content. The role also requires contributing creative ideas, meeting tight deadlines, and continuously adapting to feedback and evolving content trends.
Responsibilities:
- Execute engaging 2D and 3D motion graphic videos to enhance storytelling and strengthen brand communication.
- Edit videos professionally with a strong focus on high quality and audience impact.
Film real-life videos in both indoor and outdoor environments, actively participating in pre-production and production stages. - Collaborate throughout the creative process by contributing innovative ideas and insights for motion graphic productions.
- Utilize advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, 3D software, and up-to-date AI tools to bring creative concepts to life.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in using filming equipment, including Sony Alpha 7 and related tools.
- Apply sound editing skills to enhance the overall audio-visual experience of the content.
- Use professional lighting techniques to create visually appealing and impactful videos.
- Leverage AI tools for visual content generation and explore the capabilities of 3D software (experience with 3D tools is considered a plus).
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest standard of visual output.
- Deliver high-quality work within defined timelines while maintaining excellence under time pressure.
- Receive feedback positively and apply frequent revisions in response to evolving project needs.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and actively contribute to the success of the creative team.
- Act as an effective team player, fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals.
- Stay up to date with current creative and social media content trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in motion graphic production, video editing, and real-life video production.
- Proficiency in both camera operation and directing
- Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, and 3D software.
- Strong knowledge and experience in sound editing and lighting techniques.
- High proficiency and strong aptitude in AI tools and 3D software.
- Experience working with 3D software is considered an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- High motivation for teamwork and flexibility in adapting to changes.
