We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing technical team. In this role, you will help design and operate reliable delivery pipelines, automate infrastructure and configuration, and support scalable containerized platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on, automation-driven, and comfortable working closely with both development and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment workflows
- Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot containerized environments (Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes)
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools
- Monitor system health and performance, ensuring high availability and reliability
- Collaborate with software engineers and IT/operations teams to streamline release processes
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements
- Improve observability through effective monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboards
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Nexus Repository Manager
- Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management and automation
- Hands-on experience with NGINX and Traefik (reverse proxy, routing, TLS, load balancing)
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) concepts and operations
- Strong Bash scripting and automation skills
- Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Docker Swarm
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, including:
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Experience working with .NET build agents and CI environments
- Working knowledge of Jira for task and project tracking
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Basic to intermediate Python skills
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of DevOps security best practices (secrets management, least privilege, hardening)
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows (GitFlow, trunk-based development)
