We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to help scale TheyRank / HICH.
Your core focus will be on Google Ads for the beginning — planning, executing, and optimizing high-performance campaigns — while bringing experience from other international ad platforms as a valuable advantage.

About the Role
- Plan and run Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max, with expansion into Social and Remarketing channels.
- Manage, monitor, and continuously optimize Google Ads performance, ensuring ROI-driven results.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or other international advertising channels is a strong plus and will be considered a key differentiator for higher compensation potential.
- Design and execute A/B tests for creatives and landing pages; translate results into actionable insights.
- Build and maintain accurate tracking via GA4, GTM, and consistent conversion event setup.
- Report what matters: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate — with insights, not just numbers.
- Research audiences, competitors, and market trends before launch; define the right channel mix for each objective.
- Forecast budgets and CPA per channel, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
- Maintain a campaign calendar aligned with product launches, milestones, and seasonality.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).
- Proven experience in tech or startup products, collaborating closely with product teams — we don’t sell commodities; we build and grow a live, evolving product.
- Additional experience with Meta Ads Manager or other international ad networks is highly valued and may influence overall compensation.
- Strong command of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, with precise conversion tracking setup.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio / Data Studio for reporting and performance dashboards.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, CRO, and A/B testing.
- Solid grasp of ad copywriting and creative optimization.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

- 3-month provisional period (paid; continuation based on performance)
- Core hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Tehran time, Sunday – Thursday
- Full-time commitment only — no second jobs or full-time study during working hours
Compensation
Competitive base salary, with performance-based incentives that can bring total monthly earnings up to €800
Strong expertise in Google Ads is essential, while proven experience across multiple international ad platforms can lead to a higher starting base and greater earning potential over time.
