Trasse desing

we have a sample of tersse desing which we want to make in CAD. we then apply new dimention for the terasse which want to construct for our home follwoing the construction code. -You need to provide details for the beams, posts, and joists. For example, for the posts (4’’x4’’), the beams (2-2’’x8’’), and the joists (2’’x8’’ @ 16’’cc). -The posts must rest on foundations at 4’-6’’ deep in the ground. -According to the new plans, the deck will be bolted to the house. Why is there a beam planned against the house? -Provide a site plan showing the location of the new deck. You can show them on your location certificate. -For the back deck, will the roof be retained? If so, the columns of the existing roof must align with the concrete foundations of the deck. These must be 4’-6’’ deep in the ground. Indicate all of this on the plan. -According to the construction code, the posts must be located at the ends of the beams.  -Indicate the height and depth of the steps.
