مسئولیت‌ها: مهم ترین مسئولیت این نقش مدیریت فروش و انجام امور بازاریابی شرکت صنایع بهبود دهنده به منظور توسعه بازار محصولات با همکاری سایر ارکان شرکت می باشد.

• حداقل 5 سال سابقه فروش محصولات بهبوددهنده یا مواد اولیه صنعت آرد و غلات
• آشنا با فرآیندهای تولید آرد، نان، قنادی و بازار بنکداری لوازم قنادی و نان های حجیم
• تسلط بر فروش مویرگی و ارتباط با مشتریان عمده و جزء
• توانایی ایجاد، مدیریت و رهبری تیم فروش
• دارای روابط عمومی قوی، فن بیان مناسب و مهارت مذاکره و عقد قرارداد
• توانایی تحلیل بازار، تدوین استراتژی فروش و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای
• حداقل 5 سال سابقه کاری مرتبط
• جنسیت: خانم یا آقا
• برای آقایان: کارت پایان خدمت یا معافیت الزامی
• سن 30 تا 45 سال

افراد زیرمجموعه: کارشناس فروش، توزیع کننده محصولات، کارشناس بازاریابی دیجیتال.
مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 3 ماه.

ساعات و شرایط کاری:
• شنبه تا چهارشنبه، 8 صبح تا 5 عصر

Responsibilities: The most important responsibility of this role is to manage sales and carry out marketing affairs of the improving industries company in order to develop the product market in cooperation with other elements of the company.

• At least 5 years of experience in selling improving products or raw materials of the flour and grain industry
• Familiar with the production processes of flour, bread, confectionery and the banking market of confectionery and bulk breads
• Mastery of capillary sales and communication with major and minor customers
• Ability to create, manage and lead a sales team
• Have strong public relations, proper expression skills and negotiation and contract signing skills
• Ability to analyze the market, formulate sales strategy and present periodical reports
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Gender: female or male
• For men: Termination of service card or mandatory exemption
• Age 30 to 45 years

Direct manager: CEO
Subcategory people: sales expert, product distributor, digital marketing expert. The duration of the trial contract: 3 months.
Need for business travel: Yes

• Saturday to Wednesday, 8 am to 5 pm
