Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and passionate Commerce Expert to join our team in Tehran. The ideal candidate will have solid commercial knowledge, familiarity with shipping and maritime terminology, strong negotiation skills, and the flexibility to handle communications with international clients across different time zones (On-call when required).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process commercial and operational documentation for imports and exports
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and clients to ensure smooth execution of shipments
• Prepare and analyze commercial and operational reports for management
• Handle correspondence and maintain professional communication with international partners
• Stay responsive to client needs across time zones (on-call availability when required)

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in commerce, logistics, or international trade
• Knowledge of shipping and maritime terms is required
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and commercial procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Energetic, active, and passionate personality with a can-do attitude
• Living within reasonable distance from the office (preferred)
