وظایف اصلی:
• انتشار دقیق و به‌موقع محتوا در تمامی پلتفرم‌های سوشال‌مدیا طبق تقویم محتوایی
• مدیریت کامل تعاملات: پاسخ‌گویی سریع، محترمانه و حرفه‌ای به کامنت‌ها و دایرکت‌ها
• تهیه گزارش‌های منظم، تحلیلی و قابل ارائه از عملکرد پست‌ها، رشد پیج و رفتار مخاطبان
• همکاری نزدیک و روزانه با تیم سوشال‌مدیا برای انتشار درست، اصولی و هماهنگ محتوا
• رصد مداوم ترندها و ارائه پیشنهادهای بهبود برای افزایش Engagement
• بررسی و پیگیری خطاهای احتمالی در محتوا، کپشن یا زمان‌بندی انتشار

مهارت‌ها و توانایی‌های مورد نیاز:
• آشنایی کامل و عملی با شبکه‌های اجتماعی (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn و…)
• تسلط به Insightها، تحلیل عملکرد و استخراج دیتا جهت گزارش‌دهی
• توانایی کار با ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه و تسک (Trello, Asana, Notion و…)
• مهارت بالا در نرم‌افزارهای Microsoft Office به‌ویژه Excel و PowerPoint
• توانایی تولید محتوای ساده با موبایل (عکس‌برداری، فیلم‌برداری) و ادیت اولیه
• سرعت عمل بالا، توجه به جزئیات و توانایی مدیریت چند وظیفه هم‌زمان
• روحیه کار تیمی، مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا و توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر
• خلاقیت در تعامل با کاربر و آشنایی با لحن‌های مختلف پاسخ‌گویی

We need an accurate, organized and digital social media administrator to join our marketing team and play a key role in the professional management of social networks.

Main tasks:
• Accurate and timely content publishing on all social media platforms according to the content calendar
• Complete management of interactions: quick, respectful and professional response to comments and directs
• Preparation of reports Regular, analytical and presentable results of post performance, page growth and audience behavior
• Close and daily cooperation with the social media team for correct, principled and coordinated content publication
• Continuous monitoring of trends and offering improvement suggestions to increase engagement
• Reviewing and following up on possible errors in content, captions or publication timing

• Complete and practical familiarity with social networks (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and...)
• Mastery of insights, performance analysis and data extraction for reporting
• Ability to work with project and task management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.)
• High skill in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to produce simple content with mobile (taking photos, videos) and basic editing
• High speed of action, attention to details and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
• Team work spirit, high responsibility and ability Establishing effective communication
