About the Role
We’re seeking a Personalization Expert to act as the human bridge between online data and our AI personalization engines. Your job is to curate, validate, and enrich agent information to make their content feel personal, authentic, and engaging.
This is not your typical data-entry role—you’ll be training and guiding our AI by deciding what’s relevant, correcting its errors, and helping ensure every agent gets a unique, branded experience.
What You’ll Do
- Research & Curate: Find and verify real estate agents’ headshots, social media presence, bios, and office locations from various online sources
- Train AI Systems: Act as a “human-in-the-loop” to help train and guide our AI’s personalization logic
- Evaluate AI Output: Decide whether the AI has selected the right or wrong data, and correct when necessary
- Profile Building: Assemble visually compelling and personalized agent profiles by combining the right assets
- Tagging & Labeling: Annotate content in a structured way to improve AI accuracy and personalization
- Cross-Vertical Input: Help personalize for mortgage brokers and insurance agents as Roomvu expands
What You Bring
- Attention to Detail: You care deeply about the difference between “good enough” and “perfect”
- Digital Fluency: You're comfortable navigating websites, online directories, and social media
- Analytical Judgment: You can distinguish accurate, branded content from irrelevant or low-quality sources
- Creativity Meets Process: You can think like a marketer while following structured labeling procedures
- Bonus: Experience in real estate, content creation, data labeling, or working with AI tools
Nice-to-Have Tools
- Intercom, Notion, Airtable, Asana, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or AI workflows
- Experience with personalization platforms or CRM data enrichment tools
- Familiarity with real estate platforms like Zillow, Realtor.ca, or MLS IDX
