We are looking for highly motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in creating a positive employee experience and participating in developing and improving related HR programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Participation in employee experience and retention projects.
- Collaboration with HR operation team about administrative issues.
- Participation in employer branding projects.
- Design & implementation of HR surveys.
- Participation in culture & internal communication projects.
Requirements:
- Have at-least 3 years related experience in HR department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document and report preparation.
- Mastery of Excel & Word.
- Familiarity with HRM.
- Full knowledge of talent acquisition.
- Creativity and critical thinking.
- Result orientation & problem solving.
