شرح موقعیت شغلی
مدیر منتخب باید بتواند:
سیستم فروش و مارکتینگ کلینیک را طراحی . پیاده سازی و پایدار سازی نماید
برای هر ماه و هر فصلBusiness Plan , Marketing Plan تدوین کند
کمپین های فروش هدفمند طراحی و اجرا کند ( دیجیتال و حضوری)
بر Digital Marketing تبلیغات سایتی و مسیرهای مختلف جذب مشتری تسلط داشته باشد
ساختارKPI برای بخش های مختلف ( فروش . مارکتینگ . پذیرش و درمان ) طراحی کند
بین تیم ها و مدیریت داخلی تعامل موثر و ارتباط سازنده برقرار نماید
داده ها را تحلیل و گزارش های دقیق عملکردی به مدیریت ارائه دهد

مهارت ها و ویژیگی های مورد نیاز:
حداقل 3 تا 5 سال سابقه اجرایی در کلینیک های تخصصی پوست و مو وزیبایی یا درمانی ( الزامی)
تسلط کامل بر مفاهیم Digital Marketing, Funnel Sales, CRM, KPI Disign
اشنایی با ابزارهای تبلیغات آنلاین ( Goole Ads, سایت ها. شبکه های اجتماعی . کمپین ها پروموشن)
مهارت در طراحی فرآیندهای فروش و پیاده سازی سیستم های داخلی
توانایی تعامل حرفه ای با مدیر داخلی و تیم های چند وظیفه ای
روحیه آموزش . رهبری و تفکر داده محور

The specialized clinic of Dr. Shadi Mazloumi is one of the leading centers in skin services. Hair and Beauty in Karaj is developing its management structure with a systematic scientific approach and focused on the experience of clients.
This group is looking for cooperation with a person with system thinking. The spirit of growth and real experience in specialized beauty clinics.

job description
The selected manager must be able to:
design the sales and marketing system of the clinic. implement and stabilize
develop a Business Plan and Marketing Plan for each month and season
design and execute targeted sales campaigns (digital and face-to-face)
dominate digital marketing site advertising and various customer attraction paths
design a KPI structure for different departments (sales, marketing, reception and treatment)
establish effective interaction and constructive communication between teams and internal management
analyze data and provide detailed performance reports Present to the management

Required skills and qualifications:
At least 3 to 5 years of executive experience in specialized skin and hair and beauty clinics or therapy (required)
Complete mastery of the concepts of Digital Marketing, Funnel Sales, CRM, KPI Design
Familiarity with online advertising tools (Google Ads, sites, social networks, promotion campaigns)
Skill in designing sales processes and implementing internal systems
Ability Professional interaction with the internal manager and multitasking teams in the spirit of education. Leadership and data-driven thinking
