Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Implement and manage data models aligned with industry standards (PPDM, ISO 15926, CIM).
- Optimize data processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing procedures.
- Integrate data from various systems (ERP, SCADA, LIMS).
- Document data processes, models, and system architectures.
- Stay updated with industry trends to implement best practices.
- Support data governance and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 3+ years of data engineering experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of data modeling tools (PPDM, ISO 15926) and ETL frameworks (NiFi, Talend, Informatica).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Experience with machine learning and data science projects.
- Knowledge of downstream oil and gas processes.
