Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and executing a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The HR Generalist will ensure that HR processes run smoothly, employees have a positive experience, and organizational needs are met in alignment with company culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview coordination).
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
2.Training & Development
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning opportunities.
- Organize training logistics, track participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.
3. Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Support the performance review process and ensure timely completion.
- Help implement employee engagement surveys and action plans.
- Assist with recognition programs and culture-building initiatives.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports for leadership.
5. Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related concerns.
- Support conflict resolution processes and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Solid understanding of core HR functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with HR data and metrics.
- Knowledge of employer branding and employee engagement practices.
