Responsibilities:
- Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and operational performance
- Conduct data analysis and forecasting to support decision-making
- Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify areas for further optimization
- Identify and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement in operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in operations planning, process optimization, or related role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management
