• آشنایی با استانداردهای کیفی صنعت مکانیک.
• مهارت در تعمیر و نگهداری تجهیزات.
• توانایی مدیریت موجودی ابزار و قطعات.
• آشنایی با اصول ایمنی صنعتی.
• توانایی کار تیمی.
• توانایی عیب‌یابی و رفع مشکلات فنی.
