Data Analyst (Tableau)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to analyze, visualize, and communicate data insights that support business and operational decision-making. This role requires strong analytical thinking, solid SQL skills, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable dashboards.

- Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for business and operational users
Write and optimize SQL Server queries to extract, transform, and analyze data
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and KPIs
Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports and dashboards
Investigate data issues and work closely with engineering teams to resolve them
Maintain documentation for dashboards, metrics, and data definitions
Support ad-hoc analysis and recurring reporting needs in a production environment

- Core Technical Requirements
Strong experience with Tableau (dashboard design, performance optimization, best practices)
Solid proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, joins, aggregations, window functions, performance tuning)
Good understanding of data models and relational database concepts
Experience working with large datasets and production reporting systems

- Nice to Have / Bonus Skills
Background in telecom data or telecom KPIs
Experience querying or analyzing data in ClickHouse
Familiarity with data quality checks and basic ETL concepts
Experience working in operational or near–real-time reporting environments
