Digikala is looking for Platform Marketing Communication Supervisor. Platform Marketing Communication is part of Commercial Department that focuses on Sellers’ awareness, engagement and sales growth through communications, campaigns, events, etc. Main channels of this team to communicate is Email, SMS, Notification, App Push and Social Media. The Team is responsible for any kind of seller side campaigns and continuous increase of Digikala’s brand awareness, and positioning in the ecommerce ecosystem and also for defining and executing communication strategy for sellers, campaign design & execution, content creation, performance tracking, analysis and optimization, Maintaining brand and communication standards. You will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, BI, Product and Platform teams.Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the overall communication and marketing-campaign strategy for seller-side activities — aligned with business and commercial goals.Develop the annual (or periodic) campaign calendar: schedule campaigns (awareness, promotions, onboarding, re-engagement, retention), map channels (email, SMS, push, social media, in-app), define target audiences/segments, and set objectives (awareness, conversion, retention).Ensure brand voice, messaging consistency and tone across all seller-facing communications.Coordinate campaign deployment: schedule and send communications (emails, SMS, notifications), activate social & digital campaigns, manage content calendars.Ensure timely, accurate, and effective delivery of all communications to sellers.Collaborate with stakeholders — commercial, product, operations, legal/compliance (if relevant), data/analytics — to align campaigns with product launches, policy changes, seller-onboarding flows or promotional events.Work with external agencies or vendors (if necessary) for design, copywriting, or media buying.Define and track relevant KPIs (e.g. open rates, click-through rates, seller engagement, conversion/adoption rates, re-engagement, campaign ROI, retention metrics).Analyze results, gather seller feedback, and produce reports — use data-driven insights to refine and optimize future communication strategy and campaigns.Implement A/B testing (when applicable) for messaging, creatives, timing, channel mix to maximize effectiveness.Lead, mentor, and coordinate the team (designer, content writer, campaign coordinator).
