کارشناس ارشد شبکه | Senior Network Specialist

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در یکی از رشته‌های مرتبط با کامپیوتر یا IT.
• تسلط به مفاهیم شبکه و آشنایی با مفاهیم اولیه امنیت.
• صبور با قدرت تعامل خوب.
• داشتن مدارک Microsoft ،Cisco یا مدارک مرتبط با امنیت شبکه مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• مسلط به DLP ،EDR ،Fortinet ،Cisco ،Mikrotik ،Veritas Backup Exec ،Microsoft.
• مسلط به Exchange ،Symantec Mail Gateway و ایمیل سرورها مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

• اجرای پروژه‌های راه‌اندازی و نصب محصولات امنیت شبکه مانند:

1. Symantec Endpoint Protection.
2. Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response.
3. Sophos Firewall.

• ارائه پشتیبانی فنی به مشتریان.
• ارائه آموزش استفاده از محصول به مشتریان، با تمرکز بر بهینه‌سازی استفاده آن‌ها از محصولات امنیتی ما.
• انجام تست‌های از پیش‌تعیین‌شده نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری برای تضمین حداکثر کارایی سیستم‌ها.
• تهیه مستندات فنی.
• انجام فعالیت‌ها از دفتر مرکزی شرکت آیکو یا حضور در سایت مشتریان خواهد بود.
• کار به عنوان عضوی از تیم مهندسین پشتیبان است و گزارشات به مدیر فنی داده خواهد شد.

A minimum Bachelor's degree in a field related to Computer or IT.
Proficiency in networking concepts and familiarity with basic security concepts.
Patient with good communication skills.
Possessing certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, or related to the field of network security is considered as advantage.
Expertise in DLP, EDR, Fortinet, Cisco, Mikrotik, Veritas Backup Exec, Microsoft Exchange, Symantec Mail Gateway, and email servers is an advantage.

Implementing projects for the setup and installation of network security products such as Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response, Sophos Firewall, etc.
Providing technical support to customers.
Offering product usage training to customers, focusing on optimizing their use of our security products.
Performing predefined software and hardware tests to ensure maximum system efficiency.
Preparing technical documentation.
Activities will be conducted either from the ICO company's headquarters or on-site at the customer's locations.
The role involves working as a member of the support engineering team, with reports being submitted to the technical manager.
