About the Role:
Himart is looking for a strategic and proactive Product Designer to lead the design execution of our retail platform. You will bridge the gap between business goals and engineering, translating complex requirements into intuitive, development-ready solutions.
Himart is looking for a strategic and proactive Product Designer to lead the design execution of our retail platform. You will bridge the gap between business goals and engineering, translating complex requirements into intuitive, development-ready solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into detailed user flows, logic definitions, and product specifications.
- Design end-to-end experiences from initial concepts and wireframes to polished, pixel-perfect UI.
- Anticipate and design for all technical edge cases, error states, and system constraints to ensure smooth implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Team to ensure designs are feasible and align with the product roadmap.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across the product.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the product experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Deep proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, and Prototyping).
- Strong "Product Thinking" mindset; ability to understand the "why" and "how" behind features, not just the visuals.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating directly with developers.
- Self-starter with high energy and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of technical limitations (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
