éclair with over 12 years of experience is a company that at the moment is focusing on producing French pastries and actively moving forward to expand the business by entering into cuisine and opening more branches for éclair Patisserie. we have more than 100 employees and looking for a strong and capable Industrial engineer with an experience in the food industry and understanding and passion for this job who can oversee and manage all related Matters to éclair's growth strategies. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of the operation, production line, and the quality of output.

Job Description:
Data collection from different sources and run analysis on raw data .Manage Information systems such as Sepidar, Hami, and Customer club applications .Review sales, CRMs reports, or other performance data to identify trends, patterns, or warnings and measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing improvement .Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, and sale data for review by executives, managers, and other stakeholders .Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with the general manager, organization officials, or staff members .Cooperate with sales, marketing, CRM teams, and other departments on daily bases matters .Estimate production costs, cost-saving methods, and the effects of product design change on expenditures for management review, action, and control .Develop industrial standards and regulatory guidelines .Study time, motion, methods, or speed involved in maintenance, production, or other operations to establish standard production rates or improve efficiency .Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations .Set QC methods.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering .Expert in Excel .Working knowledge of Power BI .Working knowledge of Access and SQL .At least 4 years of managerial experience (Food Industries are preferred).Expert in data analysis .Experience in reporting on key production and sales metrics .Complex problem-solving ability .Capacity assessment .Familiarity with Business intelligence and data analysis software.
