We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team.In this key role, you will participate in implementing human capital processes, including recruitment and hiring, retention, and training and development. You will also contribute to optimizing these processes by analyzing relevant data and play a crucial role in the success and sustainability of the organization by providing consultation and guidance to teams.Key Responsibilities:Conduct competency-based interviews.Analyze data and provide management reports.Participate in improving human capital processes.Plan and execute employee welfare and motivation programs.Plan and execute employee welfare and motivation programs.Design the organizational structure, job design, and conduct job analyses.Implement performance management systems and drive continuous performance improvement, including KPI and OKR development.Design budgets and execute training processes (needs assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of effectiveness).Design processes and implement automated workflows using AI tools.Prepare analytical reports in the human capital domain and develop required dashboards.Job Requirements:Responsible and accountable.Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Proficient in data analysis software.Committed, organized, and motivated, with strong follow-through.Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility.Familiarity with recruitment and hiring processes, as well as employee retention and training and development.Familiarity with intelligent tools and Power BI software.A degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or an MBA is an advantage.
