Analyzing and evaluating existing calls and processes and providing suggestions to improve them
Registering and following up customer installments and problems in the system.
Providing effective solutions
Providing Daily report of calls
Ability to make 100 outgoing calls daily
Requirements and required skills:

High ability to communicate effectively to Dealing with customers on the phone
High learning ability and speed of action
Team working spirit
Ability to work under pressure and time management
Problem solving and conflict management skills
Ability to be customer oriented, active listening and Persuasive skills and understanding the needs of customers
