POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking a talented and creative Senior Art Director to serve as the conceptual and visual architect of our clients’ experiences—owning the quality of the visual output from idea to execution across digital and campaign deliverables, while leveraging AI tools to move faster, explore wider, and raise creative quality.

Your responsibilities include:

. Research: Conduct focused research, trend scanning, and inspiration gathering—using AI-assisted tools to rapidly explore references, styles, and visual territories
· Strategy: Define clear creative objectives, develop strong concepts, select appropriate visual elements, and evaluate creative directions against goals with both human judgment and AI-supported analysis
· UI/UX Design: Lead the visual storytelling and aesthetic quality of digital products while supporting functional, engaging user experiences
· Graphic Design: Translate creative concepts into cohesive visual narratives using typography, imagery, color, and layout, accelerating iterations with AI where appropriate
· Illustration: Brainstorm, sketch, and develop visual concepts; create storyboards, mockups, and supporting illustrations; ensure consistency across mediums while increasing output volume through AI-assisted workflows
· Print: Supervise the execution quality of printed materials such as magazines, brochures, posters, and related collateral

• Work closely with creative leads to bring the team’s concepts to life with strong craft and clear intent

• Own the visual quality of web and product interfaces across mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Translate branding and marketing strategies into exceptional creative concepts and executable directions
• Create social media content, including animations and motion graphics, aligned with Marketing and PR direction—optimizing speed and scale using AI support
• Communicate regularly with Account Services, Strategy, and Project Management to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
• Support the team in presenting work to clients with confidence, clarity, and narrative
• Deliver across a variety of projects, including 360-degree campaigns and cross-channel executions
• Produce multiple strong visual solutions for a given brief efficiently, then converge on the best direction with clear rationale
• Partner with copywriters to produce integrated creative solutions
• Stay current with trends in advertising, design, AI-powered creative tools, and social media—and apply them thoughtfully rather than mechanically
