شرح شغل:
- راهبری تیم تحت سرپرستی در راستای دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده و ابلاغ شده.
- شناسایی و تعریف پروژه‌های R&D، نظارت بر فرآیند انجام امکان‌سنجی، تهیه پروپزال و اخذ تاییدات لازم برای اجرایی شدن پروژه‌ها در صورت توجیه داشتن.
- نظارت بر فرآیند مدیریت پروژه‌های R&D و هدف‌گذاری برای مدیر پروژه.
- حصول اطمینان از پایش مستمر بازار به منظور شناسایی آخرین فناوری‌های روز در حوزه محصولات شرکت.
- بررسی و تایید محصولات جدیدی که بعضاً در سازمان خریداری می‌شوند.
- تحقیق و ارزیابی قابلیت‌ها و پتانسیل‌های ساخت قطعات و تجهیزات داخلی و جایگزین.
- ارتباط‌گیری و شبکه گستری با مراکز توسعه فناوری و پروژه‌های بهبود در حوزه لوازم خانگی.
- تهیه و تدوین پروپزال و طرح‌های اجرایی در خصوص تکنولوژی‌های جدید مرتبط با سبد کالا.
- پیاده‌سازی و اجرای مهندسی معکوس و عارضه‌یابی مشکلات عملکردی و سیستمی محصولات.
- به‌روز نگهداری دانش تخصصی در حوزه محصولات شرکت به منظور دسترسی داشتن به آخرین روندها.
- تهیه و تدوین طرح بهبود و ارتقای کیفی محصولات و کاهش هزینه‌ها و بهای تمام شده.
- ارائه راه‌حل جهت بهبود مستمر کیفیت.
- جانشین‌پروری و آموزش و توسعه تیم تحت سرپرستی.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی الکترونیک، مهندسی مواد/متالوژی یا مهندسی صنایع.
- حداقل چهار سال سابقه و دو سال تجربه مدیریتی در حوزه مرتبط.
- توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر.
- توانایی مدیریت و راهبری.
- مسلط به تکنیک‌های مهندسی معکوس و تحقیق و توسعه.
Duties and Responsibilities
