مسئولیت ها:

- اجرای رویدادهای شرکت ، فعالیت های تیم سازی و کارگاه های آموزشی با هدف ارتقاء بهزیستی کارمندان و توسعه حرفه ای

- اجرای برنامه های انگیزه کارکنان شامل کوپن های هدیه ، هدایای شرکتی ، امکانات ورزشی ، ...

است که شامل توسعه و تبلیغات داخلی

- برنامه ریزی و اولویت بندی آموزش سالانه و انجام دوره های آموزشی مورد نیاز و تهیه گزارش هایی از دوره های برگزار شده و بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل اثربخشی دوره های آموزشی

- تجزیه و تحلیل بازخورد و انجام گذشته نگر به موقع برای بهبود مداوم کارمندان و تجربه و بازخورد از دوره ها و دوره های گودانگیز ، همکاری و اجرای فرآیند ورود به سیستم و خارج از صفحه

- همکاری نزدیک با تیم های HR برای حمایت از رشد کارکنان ، توسعه و پردازش کارکنان. مدرک لیسانس در منابع انسانی ، مهندسی صنایع یا زمینه مرتبط.

- مهارت های ارتباطی ، با امکان ارتباط و تعامل با کارمندان در همه سطوح

- توانایی جستجو و معیار در شرکت های رقیب و شرکت های خارجی

- مهارت در نرم افزار HR و Microsoft Office Suite.

- Implementing company events, team-building activities, and workshops aimed at promoting employee well-being and professional development

- Implement employee Motivation programs Includes gift vouchers, corporate gifts, Sports facilities, ...

- Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand, both internally and externally

- Designing surveys includes e.NPS, exit interviews, job satisfaction, ...

- Planning and prioritizing annual training and Conduct required training courses and prepare reports from the courses held and review and analyze the effectiveness of training courses

- Analyze feedback and conduct timely retrospectives to continually improve employee- engagement and experience and obtaining feedback from the courses and the effectiveness of the courses and monitoring the good implementation of training courses

- Collaboration and implement onboarding and offboarding process

- Work closely with HR teams to support employee growth, development, and onboarding processes.

- Implementing Competitive benchmarking and market research process and gathering and analyzing data


Qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in an HR, people experience and employee engagement, or similar role.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial engineering, or related field.

- communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with employees at all levels

- Ability to search and benchmark in competing companies and foreign companies

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
