This job position is located in Berlin, Germany. After approval, applicants will receive an official invitation from the company and can begin working on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with Strategy, Marketing, and Delivery departments to enable smooth and aligned project execution.
- Develop and implement frameworks for registering, tracking, and monitoring all projects across the Commercial Department.
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare ad‑hoc reports and dashboards to deliver real‑time insights into project status, potential risks, and emerging opportunities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, schedules, and reports.
- Continuously monitor project risks throughout the lifecycle and apply effective risk management strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within Business Development or Operations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis with the ability to generate actionable, data‑driven insights.
- Familiarity with industry‑specific tools, systems, and technologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and related productivity tools.
