وظایف اصلی:

انجام کلیه عملیات حسابداری روزانه
محاسبه حقوق و دستمزد پرسنل
تنظیم و ارسال گزارشات قانونی تأمین اجتماعی
تهیه و تکمیل اظهارنامه‌های مالیاتی و گزارشات مرتبط
تهیه صورت‌های مالی فصلی و سالانه
کنترل و تطبیق حساب‌ها و بررسی مغایرت‌ها
تحلیل هزینه و درآمد شرکت
تهیه گزارش‌های مدیریتی در اکسل
کار مستمر با نرم‌افزار حسابداری و سیستم‌های داخلی


شرایط احراز:


حداقل مدرک لیسانس در رشته حسابداری یا گرایش مرتبط
سابقه کاری حداقل 5 سال در حوزه حسابداری و مدیریت مالی
تسلط کامل به قوانین بیمه و تأمین اجتماعی
تسلط کامل به قوانین مالیاتی
تسلط عملی به محاسبه حقوق و دستمزد
مهارت عالی در اکسل (توابع، جداول محوری، فرمول‌نویسی)
تسلط به حداقل یکی از نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری (هلو، سپیدار، همکاران سیستم و غیره)
دقت بالا، توانمندی مدیریت زمان و کار تیمی
تسلط عمومی به کامپیوتر و نرم‌افزارهای اداری

Main duties:

Performing all daily accounting operations
Calculating personnel salaries and wages
Setting and sending social security legal reports
Preparing and completing tax returns and related reports
Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements
Controlling and reconciling accounts and checking discrepancies
Cost analysis and income Company
Preparation of management reports in Excel
Continuous work with accounting software and internal systems


Eligibility requirements:


At least a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
Work experience of at least 5 years in the field of accounting and financial management
Complete mastery of insurance and social security laws
Complete mastery of tax laws
Practical mastery of salary calculation
Excellent skill in Excel (functions, pivot tables, formula writing)
Mastery of at least one accounting software (Peach, Sepidar, System Associates, etc.)
High accuracy, ability to manage time and teamwork
General mastery of computers and office software
