شرح شغل:
- استقرار بهینه سیستم مالی یکپارچه.
- پیش‌بینی، طرح‌ریزی و ارائه بودجه دوره ای شرکت بر اساس برنامه‌ها، پروژه‌ها، سفارش‌ها و نیازهای اعلام شده واحدهای مختلف و استراتژی اعلام شده.
- مدیریت تمامی الزامات امور مالیاتی و ملاحظات قانونی، تنظیم لوایح دفاعیه و موارد مرتبط با هیئت های حل اختلاف مالیاتی و شورای عالی مالیاتی و پیش حسابرسی ملاحظات قانونی تأمین اجتماعی.
- مدیریت سرمایه گذاری، پیش‌بینی ریسک و بازدهی پروژه‌ها و سرمایه‌گذاری‌ها و حسابداری پیمانکاری.
- استقرار کنترل‌های داخل، نظارت بر انجام معاملات، قراردادها، مناقصه‌ها و مزایده‌ها در چارچوب قواعد و آیین‌نامه‌های مربوط و حفظ و کنترل دارایی‌ها.
- برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل اقلام به‌منظور مدیریت دارایی‌ها و سرمایه در گردش شـرکت و برنامه‌ریزی جهت تأمین اعتبار مورد نیاز واحدهای مختلف بر اساس برنامه بودجه سالانه.
- تأمین تسهیلات بانکی.
- بررسی و تطبیق وضعیت مالی فعالیت‌های برنامه‌ریزی‌شده و تجزیه وتحلیل انحرافات.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت مالی یا حسابداری.
- حداقل ده سال سابقه کاری.
- تسلط کامل به حسابداری مالیاتی، قوانین حقوق مالیاتی و دارایی و بیمه تامین اجتماعی.
- تسلط کامل به استانداردهای حسابداری و بهای تمام شده.
- تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزارهای مالی (راهکاران) و ERP.
- توانایی تدوین و استقرار استراتژی‌های مالی و فرآیندهای مالی و استخدام پرسنل مجرب جهت تکمیل تیم مالی.
- توانایی مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی منابع مالی.
- توانایی مدیریت و راهبری سیستم‌ها و نرم‌افزارهای مالی.
- اخلاق حرفه‌ای و روحیه کار تیمی (توانایی برقراری ارتباط و تبادل نظر با افراد).
- قدرت مذاکره و فن بیان عالی.
- Optimal establishment of an integrated financial system
· Forecasting, planning and presenting the company's periodic budget based on the programs, projects, orders and announced needs of various units and the announced strategy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in financial management or accounting.
- At least ten years of work experience
- Complete mastery of tax accounting, tax and property law, and social security insurance.
- Complete mastery of accounting standards and costing.
- Complete mastery of financial software (solutions) and ERP.
- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies and financial processes and hire experienced personnel to complete the financial team.
- Ability to manage and plan financial resources.
